At Vintage Wood Floors, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our reclaimed and custom-milled flooring. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened bundles within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the unused material to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely repackage the wood planks in their original moisture-resistant wrapping to ensure the timber remains acclimated and protected during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Due to the weight of our flooring products, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to pick up the return from your location at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the wood is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
